Fellowship (FIAOMT) is the second highest level of educational certification and it requires that the IAOMT member has been previously Accredited. Fellowship requires the creation of a scientific review and approval of the review by the board, as well as an additional 500 hours of credit in research, education, and / or service. It requires the submission and board approval of a scientific review, along with an additional 500 hours of documented research, education, or service. - 500 credits in addition to Fellowship (for a total of 1,000 credits)
- One Scientific Review in addition to a scientific review for Fellowship (For a total of two scientific reviews)
- 75% majority approval by the Board of Directors
