Fluoride and the EPA What it Means for Dentistry

Dr Cole has been speaking on behalf of the IAOMT on the recent Federal Court ruling by Senior Judge Edward Chen of the US District Court of the Northern District of California. Judge Chen ruled that water fluoridation does present an “unreasonable risk” to the health of children. The EPA will now be required to regulate fluoride as a health hazard. Dr Cole will review with us the court ruling and discuss the regulatory action to ban water fluoride and where we go from here.
